While we aim for accuracy, slight variations in color or finish can occur due to the handmade nature of some products. We do not make claims about health benefits or performance beyond what is stated on the product page.
When you place an order, you receive an email confirming that we have received your request. This confirmation does not mean the order is accepted. We confirm acceptance when we send a dispatch notice. If an item is unavailable, we will contact you before processing payment and offer a replacement or a full refund.
All prices are displayed in South African Rand and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. Payment is due at the time of order. We use secure payment gateways, and we do not store your card details on our servers.
We deliver to major metro areas across South Africa. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and depend on your location and stock availability. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the parcel is delivered to the address you provided. Please inspect your package on arrival and report any visible damage within 48 hours.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund once the item is returned in its original packaging. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused and in original condition within 14 days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
You agree to provide accurate delivery and contact information. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the parcel at the specified address. We are not liable for delays caused by incorrect details or failed delivery attempts.
To the extent permitted by law, Huksioo is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not affect your statutory rights under South African consumer protection law.
